Ronald G. DAlessio is the president and CEO of Maverick Design Build LLC. He has worked his way up in the construction ranks over the past 30 years and is now experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial construction management. He has a critical eye for detail and a track record of completing his projects on time and well within budget parameters. He is a proven team leader and motivator with an ability to coordinate construction professionals, technical staff members, tradesmen, vendors, and subcontractors on complex projects by using his various construction management skills. Through strong and long-standing relationships with investors, lending institutions, architects, engineers, design professionals, contractors, material vendors and community leaders, Ronald and his team will continue to design and build quality projects in the tri-state area.

Ronald specializes in acquiring both raw land and existing structures for development and expansion throughout the metropolitan area. His projects range from high-end condominiums, custom homes, and private estates to commercial office buildings, retail strip centers, medical offices, and mixed-use buildings.
